Registration Fee (Non-refundable): ₹300 per student.
Student Entry Only: Parents, relatives, friends or other guests
will not be permitted due to limited seating capacity.
Dress Code: Female students - Saree (decent and formal). Male
students - Formal attire (shirt, trousers, formal shoes). Prescribed graduation
gown must be worn and returned to the authorities.
Identity Proof: Carry your Government Identity Card for
verification and entry.
Date: 23rd August 2026
Reporting Time: Report at the venue at the designated time
(to be shared in due course). Late entry will not be permitted once the
ceremony has commenced.
Discipline and Decorum: Students are expected to maintain
discipline, dignity and proper conduct throughout the programme.
Zero Tolerance for Indiscipline: Any misconduct or violation
of guidelines may result in immediate removal from the ceremony and further
disciplinary action.
Mobile Phones: Keep phones on silent mode throughout the
ceremony.
Student Cooperation: Cooperate with faculty, volunteers and
the organising committee, and follow all instructions regarding seating,
procession and stage protocol.
Personal Belongings: Avoid bringing unnecessary valuables -
the college is not responsible for loss or damage.
Programme Schedule: Detailed schedule and reporting
instructions will be shared separately - please check your email regularly.
Condition: Any grievance, complaint, or dispute arising out of or relating
to the Graduation Day Ceremony shall be resolved amicably through mediation only.
