A workshop on "Mediation Process" was conducted in the Three Year Law Course, S.S. Jain Subodh Law College, on February 27, 2023. In the first part of the workshop, the students were thoroughly explained the theoretical aspects of mediation and its process, and in the second, a demo of the entire process was performed for a better understanding of the practical aspects of "how to conduct a mediation session."
